TRAINER street workout parks
TRAINER street workout parks : notre sélection professionnelle
TRAINER Street Workout parks are complete calisthenics installations supplied as a single reference: pull up bars, dip stations, wall bars, monkey bars and benches on one hot dip galvanised and powder coated frame. They are specified by municipalities, schools and residential developers that want an outdoor training area rather than a scattering of single stations. Each park is delivered with an anchor plan and a safety zone drawing.
How a park is sized
Capacity comes from the number of grip points and the circulation between them, not from the footprint alone. A park sized for eight simultaneous users needs clear space for queuing and for a coach to move around the frame.
| Point | Detail |
|---|---|
| Structure | Hot dip galvanised steel, powder coated finish |
| Typical stations | Pull up bars, dips, wall bars, monkey bars, benches, rings |
| Reference standard | EN 16630 |
| Surfacing | Impact attenuating surface sized on the free height of fall |
| Fixing | Concrete foundations, drawing issued with the quotation |
Siting
Allow the safety zone stated on the drawing, keep the frame clear of paths and street furniture, and prepare drainage before the surfacing is laid. Ground works are usually the long lead item, not the structure.
Frequently asked questions
What surface should go underneath?
Rubber tiles, wet pour or another impact attenuating surface certified to EN 1177, with the thickness set by the free height of fall of the highest grip.
How long does installation take?
Structure assembly is usually one to two days once the foundations have cured. Ground works and surfacing are quoted separately.
