A complete obstacle course chains Ninja, OCR and military style obstacles into one outdoor circuit, so a session is run as a sequence rather than as a set of separate stations. That is what distinguishes it from a fitness trail: the transitions between obstacles are part of the training, and the circuit is designed to be timed.

Two design decisions carry the project. Difficulty gradation determines who can actually complete the circuit: a course built entirely to competition standard excludes the recreational users who make a public installation viable, while alternative routes on the harder obstacles keep both populations on the same structure. Circuit length then follows the ground available, and obstacles are spaced so that the running sections between them stay meaningful.
Structures for permanent outdoor installation are produced in treated steel and designed against EN 16630, with impact absorbing surfacing sized to the free fall height of each obstacle. Light In Fitness produces the layout, the compliance documentation and the installation from its base in Tours.
