Equestrian stable matting protects the horse and the building at the same time: it cushions the joints, insulates against a cold concrete slab and keeps the floor of a box or an alleyway non-slip when wet. Fire classificationBfl-s1, Cfl-s1 or Dfl-s1 depending on the reference. Distinguish a classification covered by a test report from a Light In Fitness declaration for finishes or thicknesses outside its scope. Verify product, thickness, subfloor, installation and field of application; documents on request, not published online
AcousticsA reduction in dB requires a report for the complete tile, underlay, subfloor and installation system. Generic values are not a guaranteed performance of each reference; verify evidence before specification

Interlocking pavers are laid without adhesive, which is what makes them practical in an equestrian building: a damaged area is lifted and replaced piece by piece, and the floor can be taken up entirely if a box changes use. The two colours allow alleyways, wash areas and individual boxes to be distinguished at a glance, which helps in a yard where several people handle the horses.
