OG outdoor strength machines with adjustable load

OG outdoor strength machines with adjustable load : notre sélection professionnelle

The OG outdoor strength range brings adjustable resistance machines outdoors, so a park or fitness trail can offer graded loading rather than bodyweight exercise alone. Five stations cover the main movement patterns: leg press, bench press, shoulder press, seated row and biceps curl, each with a load that the user sets rather than a fixed bodyweight ratio.

Stations in the range

Station Movement pattern
Leg press OG Lower body pressing
Bench press OG Horizontal upper body pressing
Shoulder press OG Vertical upper body pressing
Seated row OG Horizontal pulling
Biceps curl OG Elbow flexion, isolated

Built for permanent outdoor installation

Frames are fabricated in S235 structural steel with a powder coated finish, moving contact parts are in Elastodur plastic and all fixings are galvanised. That specification is what allows an unsupervised installation to survive rain, UV exposure and daily use without the annual refurbishment that indoor equipment would need outside. The range is designed against EN 16630, the European reference for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment.

Typical settings are municipal fitness parks, health trails, campsites, military bases and sports complexes. Because the load is adjustable, the same station serves a beginner and a trained user, which is what a public installation needs from a single piece of equipment.

How is the load adjusted outdoors?

Each machine carries its own adjustment, so users select a resistance level without loose weights that could be removed or damaged on a public site.

What foundation and surfacing are needed?

Machines are anchored to a concrete foundation and normally set on rubber tiles or artificial turf. See outdoor sports flooring and the full outdoor gym equipment range.
