Description
The Bicep Curl OG is an outdoor strength machine with adjustable resistance, built from S235 structural steel with a powder coated finish. It isolates the arm flexors, primarily the biceps, in a fixed movement path that requires no instruction, and it is designed to stay in service in an unsupervised outdoor setting.
The material specification is what distinguishes this range from generic outdoor gym equipment. The frame is hot dip galvanised and powder coated steel in S235 grade, so corrosion protection is applied under the finish rather than relying on paint alone. Plastic components are moulded in Elastodur, chosen for impact resistance and service life rather than appearance, and every fixing is galvanised so that the bolts do not become the failure point after two winters.
Adjustable resistance is the second differentiator. Most outdoor strength stations work on body weight alone, which limits progression and excludes users who need a lighter starting load. A machine with selectable resistance lets a beginner start below body weight and a trained user work at a meaningful load on the same station, which materially increases how long the equipment stays useful to a given population.

Specifying an outdoor arm station
Isolation machines are usually the last stations added to an outdoor gym, and for good reason: pressing, pulling and leg work come first. Where a curl station earns its place is in facilities with a returning user base, such as barracks, campuses and residential schemes, where members train regularly enough to want a complete session rather than a circuit.
For installation, the ground must be stable and level and the machine anchored on prepared foundations. Where the equipment is placed in free public access, the reference standard is EN 16630 for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment, which sets the safety zone to be kept clear around the station. We supply the dimensions, the safety zone and the anchoring drawing with the layout study so that groundworks and surfacing can be priced before the order. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, with export quoted per project.
Frequently asked questions
How is the resistance adjusted?
The machine offers selectable resistance so that load can be matched to the user’s strength level. The adjustment method is confirmed with the quotation.
What corrosion protection is applied?
S235 steel with a powder coated finish, Elastodur plastic components and galvanised fixings throughout.
What safety zone should be reserved?
The safety zone and the overall dimensions are supplied with the layout study, together with the anchoring drawing.
