Functional training rigs for cross training areas
Functional training rigs for cross training areas: our professional selection
A functional rig brings pull-up positions, dip stations, pulleys, disc storage and accessory mounts onto one structure, concentrating several functions into a single footprint. That is what makes it the organising element of a cross training area, a physical preparation room, a group coaching space or a corporate gym: the rig defines where the zone is and how many people it holds.

Two figures should be settled before the drawing is fixed. The number of working positions follows the size of the group a coach runs at peak, not the total membership: a rig that stalls a class of twelve is a rig that will be worked around rather than used. Ceiling height follows the highest intended movement, which usually means muscle-up progressions rather than simple pull-ups.
Integrated storage is not an accessory. Discs and barbells kept at the station rather than across the room shorten transitions, reduce trip hazards and keep a class moving. Structures are supplied to the EN ISO 20957 family of requirements. See also CrossFit rigs, racks and cages and rubber gym flooring tiles for the surface underneath.
