The double format lets two athletes attempt the wall side by side, which is what makes it viable for competitions, group coaching and open sessions rather than a single queue. A climbing hold face on the indoor version adds a second use for the same footprint, so the obstacle earns its space outside Ninja sessions.
Two site checks decide feasibility: the run-up distance in front of the wall, which is part of the obstacle rather than an extra, and the ceiling height above the top platform. Landing and run-up zones are surfaced according to the free fall height. See Ninja Warrior rigs and parkour equipment.
