Ziva rigs, racks and accessories

Ziva rigs and racks are commercial grade functional training structures and their accessories, used to equip CrossFit boxes, gyms, fitness clubs and physical preparation centres. The structures are built from 75 x 75 mm high strength commercial steel and are available as free standing cages, wall mounted racks and modular rigs. Alongside the structures, the Ziva range supplies the accessories a functional training area needs, so a complete zone can be specified from one brand with consistent finishes.

Structures in the range

The XP14 cage is the compact reference for a single training bay or a small group, while the XP22 extends the same construction to a larger footprint and more stations. Wall mounted racks recover floor area in rooms where a solid structural wall is available. Ziva power racks cover enclosed cage training with safety bars for unsupervised use. Modular rigs are assembled from repeated bays, which is the format for group classes because a coach can move along the structure while every participant works on an identical station.

Accessories to complete the setup

Kettlebells, dumbbells, Olympic barbells, bumper and cast iron plates, wall balls, battle ropes, plyo boxes, sleds and resistance bands. Ordering structure and accessories together has a practical benefit beyond the discount: storage on the rig is designed for the accessory dimensions, so plates and bars have a defined place instead of accumulating on the floor.

Layout, flooring and safety

Confirm three figures before ordering: usable area, clear height above the top pull up bar, and circulation width between working bays. Keep a clear lane behind the structure where the programme includes run throughs, and place accessory storage so no user crosses a working bay to reach a plate. Under drop zones, 40 mm rubber gym flooring tiles are the usual specification, with platforms where weightlifting is programmed. Anchoring to the slab is required for dynamic hanging work. Standards, warranty and delivery

Indoor fitness equipment falls under EN 957, published as EN ISO 20957. Warranty runs from 2 to 5 years depending on the range, with extensions available on steel structures. Frequently asked questions

XP14 or XP22?

The XP14 suits a single bay or a small group and fits rooms where floor area is tight. The XP22 gives more stations on one structure and is the choice when classes have to work simultaneously rather than in rotation. Room length and ceiling height usually decide before budget does.

Is Ziva equipment suitable for Hyrox style training?

The structures handle the strength and hanging elements of those formats, and the accessory range covers sleds, wall balls and plate loading. What the layout has to add is linear space for sled push and pull and positions for ergometers. Plan those lanes at the same time as the rig rather than afterwards.

Can a Ziva rig be extended later?

Modular rigs are designed to take additional bays provided the same line remains available and the anchor layout leaves room. Reserving the extension area and recording the exact references at the first order keeps the second phase simple. Tell us at quotation stage if the project is phased.
