What the range covers

Lower body stations including leg press, leg extension, seated leg curl, abductor and adductor and hip work. Upper body stations including chest press, shoulder press, lat pulldown and seated row. Trunk stations for abdominal and lower back work. Adjustments are designed to be made quickly by the user, which matters in a club where a station changes hands every few minutes, and the ergonomics accommodate a wide range of body sizes.

Installation and compliance

Allow the machine footprint plus a user zone on the access sides, and keep circulation routes at 1.2 m or more. Cables and pulleys are consumables on any selectorised line, so plan the inspection routine at the same time as the purchase. Indoor equipment falls under EN 957, published as EN ISO 20957.
