What the range covers

Pressing and pulling stations, leg press and hack squat, leg extension and seated leg curl, hip thrust, calf and trunk stations, plus multi bar and landmine units. Sleeves take standard Olympic plates, so existing bumper and cast iron stock stays usable and there is no proprietary weight system to source later. Because there are no cables or pulleys, servicing is limited to bearings, bushes, fixings and upholstery.

Installation and compliance

Plan plate storage within reach of every machine: plates accumulating on the floor are the first cause of frame damage and blocked circulation. Allow the footprint plus a loading zone on both sleeve sides. Fit rubber gym flooring tiles under loading points. Indoor equipment falls under EN ISO 20957-1 class S (successor to the former EN 957), and warranty runs from 2 to 5 years depending on the range. See also plate loaded machines.

Frequently asked questions

Is a plate loaded line enough on its own?

For a strength focused facility, yes. For a general membership club with many beginners, a mix with selectorised stations works better, because the smallest increment on a plate loaded machine is the lightest plate on site. A common arrangement is a selectorised circuit plus a plate loaded strength area.

How much plate stock is required?

Enough for two users to load a working set on the heaviest stations at once, plus a shared reserve on trees between machines. Under stocking creates queuing and encourages users to strip a neighbouring machine. The exact quantity depends on the stations installed and on peak attendance.
