Divergent path and independent arms

The difference from a linear horizontal row such as the SRX11 is the trajectory: the arms travel outwards as the pull progresses. That follows the natural arc of the shoulders and produces a fuller scapular retraction at the end of the movement, which is where a fixed-width row runs out of range.

The arms are also independent. On a bar-linked row, the dominant side takes over as soon as the load gets heavy, and the asymmetry persists. Iso-lateral arms remove that compensation and force symmetrical recruitment of the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids and trapezius.

What is the difference with the SRX11?

The SRX11 has a linear horizontal path. The SRX15 has a divergent path with independent arms, which gives fuller scapular retraction and removes side-to-side compensation. Clubs with room for both usually install both.
