Custom street workout structure configurator

Custom street workout structure configurator : notre sélection professionnelle

The configurator lets you assemble a street workout structure module by module instead of choosing from fixed models. You select the elements, pull up bars, parallel bars, wall bars, rings, climbing ropes and more, then set the dimensions to fit the space, the budget and the users you are equipping for. Fifteen configurable references are listed as starting points.

When configuring beats choosing a catalogue model

Two situations justify it. The first is a constrained plot: an awkward corner, a narrow strip along a path, a courtyard with an access route that cannot be blocked. The second is a specific user profile, for example a military base that needs a high density of pull up positions, or a school that needs low bars for younger pupils alongside standard heights. In both cases a fixed model wastes either space or budget.

From configuration to installation

Once the module list and dimensions are agreed, the structure is quoted with its layout plan, safety zones and foundation details. Outdoor installations answer EN 16630 for permanently installed free access fitness equipment. Structures are built in galvanised steel with an epoxy finish, with 316L stainless steel available for exposed sites. Installation is carried out in France.

Configuration step What you decide
Modules Pull up bars, parallel bars, wall bars, rings, ropes
Dimensions Overall footprint and height to suit the plot
User profile Bar heights and number of simultaneous positions
Material and finish Galvanised steel with epoxy, or 316L stainless
Compliance EN 16630, safety zones on the layout plan

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum size?

Small configurations are possible, but below a certain module count a standard compact cage is usually more economical. We say so at the quotation stage.

How long does a configured structure take to deliver?

Longer than a stocked reference, since it is built to your module list. The lead time is confirmed with the quotation, issued within 24 working hours.

Can a configured structure be extended afterwards?

Yes, if the foundation layout anticipates it. Tell us at the design stage if a second phase is planned.
