The BL-ACR5 Wall Bars Module is a hot-dip galvanised steel element for composing custom outdoor street workout rigs, backed by a 20-year structural warranty. Add it to other BL-series modules to build a cage that combines athletic strength work, calisthenics, gymnastics, agility and endurance training.

The BL range is modular by principle: rather than buying a fixed cage, you compose one. The ACR5 wall bars bring vertical ladder work to the structure, including hanging leg raises, climbs, stretching and mobility drills, scapular work and assisted core training. Combined with pull-up bars, parallel bars or monkey bridges from the same range, the result is a rig that matches exactly the training functions your site needs, whether that is a school yard, a barracks, a campsite or a municipal workout area.

Composing a balanced cage
