Balance, coordination and strengthening stations for children
Balance, coordination and strengthening stations for children : notre sélection professionnelle
Balance, coordination and strengthening stations make up the second half of the children outdoor fitness range, and all of them work at body weight only. The family covers surfers, twisters, chest expanders, leg presses, a rocking rider, a pull up bar and a horizontal ladder, which between them train stability, core control and suspended movement.
What these stations train
Surfers and twisters ask the user to stabilise a moving platform, which is coordination work rather than strength work. Expanders and leg presses load the body against its own weight, with no plates to add and no setting to get wrong. The pull up bar and the horizontal ladder introduce suspended movement, the skill that transfers most directly to climbing and to school sport. Ten references are listed, so a layout can cover all three categories without duplication.
Free access and site preparation
Because loading is limited to body weight and no adjustment is required, the stations are designed for unsupervised use. Surfacing conforming to EN 1177 is specified where the layout calls for it, particularly under the pull up bar and the horizontal ladder where the user is off the ground. The layout plan, safety zones and installation in France are handled with the quotation.
| Group | Stations | Focus |

No. Every unit in the family works at body weight, with nothing for the user to load or adjust.
Which stations need the most surfacing attention?

Can these stations be added to an existing play area?
Yes, subject to the available space and to extending the surfacing where required. We confirm both before quoting.
