Description
The Horse Rider kids rocking station is a children’s outdoor fitness unit supplied and installed throughout France by Light In Fitness. Sitting astride the horse-themed seat, the child pulls on the handlebar while the legs push – a see-saw action close to a rowing stroke, and the only complete pulling movement in the KIDS range.
A rowing pattern disguised as a ride
Pulling exercises are the hardest to offer safely to young children; the Horse Rider solves it with a stable seated position. Each stroke combines an upper-body pull with a leg push, working front and back chains together, while the horse decor carries the imagination and keeps children returning. Play time becomes training time without anyone noticing.

Frequently asked questions
Why does a children’s area need a pulling exercise?
Most outdoor stations for children train pushing, stepping or balancing; the pulling chain – back and biceps – is usually missing. The Horse Rider closes that gap with a movement that also demands upper-lower coordination on every stroke.
Is the rocking movement safe for younger children?
The child sits astride a stable saddle with both hands on the handlebar, and the amplitude of the see-saw is bounded by the mechanism. It is one of the most reassuring formats in the range for early-years users.
Which settings suit the Horse Rider best?
Playgrounds, nursery and primary schools, public parks and petting or educational farms – anywhere the horse theme reinforces the identity of the site.
