Description
The kids combined wheels unit – Tai Chi wheels and large shoulder wheel – is a children’s outdoor fitness station supplied and installed throughout France by Light In Fitness. One frame carries the two small Tai Chi handwheels and the single large-diameter shoulder wheel, so two children work simultaneously on two different amplitudes.
The whole wheel family on one foundation
Shoulder mobility for children comes in two amplitudes: short, precise circles on the paired Tai Chi wheels, and one long sweep on the large wheel. Buying them as a combined unit halves the groundworks – one foundation, one clearance zone – and drops the cost per exercise post markedly compared with two separate stations. Each post turns in both directions, so the movement never settles into a single fixed pattern.
What the child works
- Deltoids and rotator cuff
- Glenohumeral range of motion
- Wrists and forearms
- Bilateral coordination
Why choose this model
- Two working amplitudes on a single foundation
- Two simultaneous users: the cost per post falls sharply
- The most complete solution of the wheel family on a contained footprint
- Both rotation directions available on each post
Two compliance versions: EN 16630 or EN 1176
Available in an EN 16630 version (free-access outdoor fitness equipment, for users of at least 1.40 m) and an EN 1176 version (playground equipment standard, with EN 1177 surfacing where free fall height requires it). The version follows the administrative classification of your space and is confirmed before quotation.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the illustrated combined wheels?
Mechanically it is the same unit. This classic version carries plain wheel faces in the RAL colour of your choice; the illustrated version replaces them with themed artwork discs. Sites with a sober visual charter usually pick this one.
Where does it fit within a multi-station area?
It typically anchors the mobility corner of a multi-unit area – school, park or intergenerational site – next to cardio and strength posts, giving children an active-recovery point between efforts.
Do children need instruction to use it?
No. Turning a wheel is self-explanatory, and both rotation directions are open, so children explore the movement safely on their own.
