Description
The kids Tai Chi wheels with illustrated discs are a children’s outdoor fitness station supplied and installed throughout France by Light In Fitness. The two vertical handwheels of the classic Tai Chi station keep their mechanics, but the plain discs are replaced by illustrated ones that rotate with the movement.
Coordination training that holds attention
Turning two wheels at once with controlled circles is a genuine bilateral-coordination exercise for shoulders, wrists and forearms. The illustration is what keeps children at it: because the picture turns with the wheel, the child follows a moving visual cue, and the duration of the exercise stretches without anyone asking.
