Tai chi and shoulder wheels for children
Tai chi and shoulder wheels for children : notre sélection professionnelle
Tai chi wheels and shoulder wheels give children a joint mobility station with no load to lift and a very small ground footprint. Movement comes from the arms and shoulders turning a rotating disc, so there is nothing to adjust, nothing to drop and no queueing mechanism to explain. That makes these the most immediately accessible items in an outdoor fitness area for children.

Where they fit in a project
Wheels are usually placed at the entrance of a children’s outdoor fitness area, as a warm-up point before the walking and cycling stations, or alongside a play area where adults are supervising. Because they need no run-up and no impact zone of their own, they slot into narrow strips of ground that cannot take a larger structure. Siting, safety distances and the surrounding surface follow EN 16630 for outdoor fitness and, where the equipment sits inside a play area, EN 1176 and EN 1177.
Is there any difference in use between plain and illustrated versions?
No. The mechanism and dimensions are the same; the illustrated versions carry printed graphics on the discs, which is normally chosen for visual identity in a park or school setting.
What else belongs in the same zone?
Walkers and cross trainers for children, and balance and strength stations, complete the circuit. See the full kids outdoor fitness range and the matching outdoor sports flooring.
