Client references: the facilities we equip
Light In Fitness equips organisations with very little in common: a government ministry, an army regiment, a university, a hospital, a franchise club, a country inn and an industrial workshop buy neither the same equipment nor at the same pace. This page lists the organisations we have equipped, grouped by category, so that a buyer can check we have already handled projects comparable to theirs and the constraints that come with them: a public tender, a defence specification, public access building rules, unsupervised open access operation or a rehabilitation treatment area. We have equipped more than 500 professional facilities since 2013.

The 80 organisations detailed below are a documented and verifiable extract taken from our invoicing between October 2021 and July 2026. They are named so that a buyer can verify our track record on comparable projects. The count excludes private individuals and our industrial partners.
Central and local government
Public purchasing imposes its own mechanics: division into lots, standards references to be submitted with the bid, notification periods, and invoicing through the mandatory French government e-invoicing portal. The following organisations have entrusted us with all or part of their sports equipment.
- French Ministry of the Economy and Finance
- Town of Houilles, Yvelines, under a joint purchasing contract
- Municipality of Taverny, Val d’Oise
- Sports department of the town of Valras-Plage, Herault
- Quali Cite, public space developer
- CSLGTV, sports and leisure club
Arrangements for public buyers are set out on our public sector page, and the references to require in a bid file on our standards and compliance page.
Armed forces, security and employment integration
Operational physical preparation loads equipment differently from a commercial gym: heavy weights, group sessions, permanent rotation, and often a constrained or overseas location.
- EPIDE, the French public body for employment integration of young adults
- RSMA, the Adapted Military Service regiment
- French Army sports office
- 14th RISLP regiment
Education and research
- University of Toulouse, including Toulouse III
- Saint-Benigne school group, under a joint purchasing contract
- Amicale laique, a school sports association
Healthcare and rehabilitation
In a treatment area the equipment is a clinical tool. It has to be accessible, finely adjustable, and its maintenance has to be traced like the rest of the facility’s equipment.
- Bonifacio hospital, Corsica
- Sant’&Sport practice
- SELARL Kines Pasteur
- SMA Oceades
Clubs, franchises and sports associations
This is our most represented category, with 26 organisations, covering franchise clubs, boxes, independent studios, associations and a national federation.
- French Badminton Federation
- L’Orange Bleue network, four clubs equipped, including Oloron and Charleville-Mezieres
- Vitaliberte (Mitrosportos)
- Fitness Family, Iron Fitness, Victory Fitness, Arriba Fitness, Forme et Fitness, Mon Club Forme
- Urban Gym CD Sport, L’Etage Sport Club, Spinners
- West Coast Academy and WCA Saint-Avertin
- LMC Excelsior Sport, Gymchaft, Nutrichaft
- 1 Pact Studio, Artbox
- Stay Strong, ASCP, ASP13 and Sport Sante Solidarite associations
The ranges we supply to these facilities: strength training machines, professional cardio machines, CrossFit rigs and rubber gym flooring tiles.
Hotels, restaurants and tourism
On these projects the available floor area is small and the design requirement is as strong as the technical one, because the fitness area contributes directly to the perceived value of the stay.
- Le Petit Prince de Saint-Tropez
- Auberge Pom’Poire
- Restaurant des Balmes
- We Are Ona
- Airfly Bretagne
See our page on fitness equipment for hotels and resorts.
Companies and industry
22 companies have asked us to equip an internal fitness space, in unrelated sectors: construction, motor retail, engineering, manufacturing and services. The common factor is the trade off between available floor area, capital budget and lease finance.
- Groupe Pigeon, construction materials
- Even Parc Automobiles
- SCE, engineering and development
- SMG Construction, BFM Construction, SCCV des Bords de l’Ill
- ITW Spraytech, KS Multiservices, Carrosserie Leger Auto, Quincaillerie Corrihons
- Clark Powell Franchise, Rentforce, JR Energies, Kameno
- L’Atelier des Freres, Atelier 20point12, Sepeka, Noleeth, Vita Sutter, Steph Concept, Safel

Three installations sit outside mainland France: a studio on Reunion, the Adapted Military Service regiment of French Polynesia, and an army sports office at an overseas location. Overseas logistics are handled case by case, with transport priced separately from the equipment. This list covers only clients whose address appears in our file and who have been invoiced. It excludes private individuals, industrial partners and projects that never went beyond the quotation stage.
What these references say about how we work
A supplier serving only one type of client ends up proposing the same gym to everyone. A hotel does not need the same floor as a CrossFit box, a residential care home does not face the same accessibility constraints as a regiment, and a municipality does not buy under the same procedure as a small company. The spread of these references is what allows us to start from the actual requirement rather than from a catalogue.
Every project follows the same method: audit of the requirement and the existing situation, layout plan, selection of equipment and flooring, delivery and installation, then fleet follow up. The method is described on our turnkey projects page, and post commissioning support on our after sales and spare parts page.
Frequently asked questions
How many facilities has Light In Fitness equipped?
More than 500 professional facilities since 2013, in mainland France, French overseas territories and internationally. The 80 organisations named on this page, spread across 38 departments and 58 municipalities, are a documented extract of recent invoicing between October 2021 and July 2026, covering seven categories of facility from a government ministry to an industrial workshop.
Can you provide references in my sector?
We equip seven categories: government and local authorities, armed forces and security, education, healthcare and rehabilitation, clubs and franchises, hotels and tourism, and companies and industry. References matching your sector can be provided on request, with the agreement of the organisations concerned.
Do you work with public buyers?
Yes. We respond to consultations from local authorities, central government departments, universities and armed forces units, including joint purchasing contracts. We supply the standards references and conformity documents required with the bid and invoice electronically.
Do you work outside mainland France?
Yes. Our references include facilities in Corsica and French overseas territories as well as international projects. Transport, saline atmosphere and spare parts availability are built into the pricing at quotation stage.
Can you equip several sites in one network?
Yes. We have done so for several clubs in one franchise network and under joint purchasing contracts for authorities and schools. Managing a distributed fleet relies on a single inventory, a maintenance calendar shared by geographic zone and one technical contact.
