Full galvanised steel fitness trail equipment, range B
Full galvanised steel fitness trail equipment, range B : notre sélection professionnelle
Range B is a full hot dip galvanised steel fitness trail range for open air sports areas that have to last without shelter. Thirteen units are listed, specified by municipalities, local authorities, campsites, military bases, schools, rehabilitation centres and leisure sites where outdoor exercise, wellbeing and health prevention are the objectives.
Full galvanised construction
The description matters. Hot dip galvanising covers the whole section, inside and outside the tube, because the part is immersed in the bath rather than sprayed. A cut edge or a scratch does not become a corrosion starting point, which is the failure mode on painted only frames. On a site with no maintenance budget beyond periodic inspection, that is what determines whether the installation still looks acceptable after ten winters.
Free access use and installation
Loading is by body weight and there is no adjustment for the user to make, so the equipment works without supervision. Permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment in free public access falls under EN 16630. Foundations are sized to ground conditions, the layout plan with safety zones is prepared with the quotation, and installation is carried out in France. Warranty runs from 2 to 5 years depending on the range.

Frequently asked questions
Does galvanised steel need repainting?
No. The protection is in the coating applied by immersion; maintenance is limited to periodic inspection of fixings and moving parts.
Is the range suitable for coastal sites?
Galvanising performs well in most environments. Where exposure to sea air or de-icing salt is severe, 316L stainless steel equipment is the alternative to consider.
How many units make a fitness trail?
It depends on the route and expected attendance. The layout study proposes a mix that covers the main movements without duplication.
