Complex playground configurations with towers and slides
Complex playground configurations with towers and slides : notre sélection professionnelle
Complex playground configurations link towers, climbing domes and rope structures with raised bridges, so children chain several routes together without coming back down to ground level. Six reference layouts are catalogued, numbered 42 to 47, and each one closes with a descent: a wide slide, a triple slide, or a combined climb, slide and trampoline sequence. These are destination structures for municipal parks, schools, campsites and holiday resorts that need one central play unit rather than a scatter of small items.
The six reference configurations
| Model | Main structure | Descent or feature |
|---|---|---|
| 42 | Tower and climbing dome | Wide slide |
| 43 | Climbing dome and tower joined by a bridge | Slide |
| 44 | Dome circuit | Triple slide |
| 45 | Double rope dome and panoramic climbing zone | Climbing routes |
| 46 | Climbing and sliding circuit | Trampoline section |
| 47 | Trio of rope towers | Suspended net link |
Standards, surfacing and installation
Every configuration falls under EN 1176 for playground equipment, and the impact absorbing surface required by EN 1177 has to extend across the whole circuit, not only under the slide exit. Free fall height governs the critical fall height of the surface, so equipment and flooring are specified together rather than in sequence. Light In Fitness supplies the implantation plan, the safety zone drawing and the installation, with delivery to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg; export projects are costed individually. Quotations are issued within 24 working hours.
How much ground area does a complex configuration need?
The footprint depends on the model and, above all, on the safety zones around each descent and climbing face. We draw the layout from your site plan before quotation so the surfaced area is budgeted accurately rather than discovered on site.
Can a configuration be adapted to an existing play area?
Yes. Towers, domes and bridges are assembled per project, so a layout can be shortened, extended or reoriented to fit an existing boundary. See also our playground equipment and kids outdoor fitness ranges.
