TRAINER Steel4Fit outdoor strength range

The TRAINER Steel4Fit range is an outdoor strength line built from seamless S355 and S235 structural steel, shot blasted, hot dip galvanised and finished with a double polyester powder coat. It suits municipal sites, residential developments and military or emergency service facilities where equipment stays outside all year and maintenance visits are rare. Resistance comes from body weight and mechanical friction rather than weight stacks, so there is nothing to steal and nothing to reset between users.

What the range covers

Stations are supplied individually or as combined units on a shared pylon, which cuts the number of foundations and the footprint per exercise. Mixed ability configurations let a wheelchair user and a standing user train side by side on the same frame.

Where it fits

Specify Steel4Fit when the site is exposed, unsupervised and expected to last: coastal towns, fitness trails, barracks, school grounds and open access parks. Within reach of salt spray, ask for the stainless steel range instead.

Frequently asked questions

Is impact surfacing required underneath?

Outdoor fitness equipment under EN 16630 requires impact attenuating surfacing where the free height of fall demands it. The layout study states the requirement station by station.

Can stations be added later?

Yes. The pylon system accepts additional units, and foundations can be poured for future stations during the first works to avoid a second site visit.
