Description
The TRAINER Steel4Fit Puller is an outdoor upper-body pulling station with a folding seat, usable by ambulant users and by wheelchair users. It measures 940 x 740 x 2,020 mm, weighs 50 kg plus a 50 kg pylon, and is certified to EN 16630:2015 by TUV Rheinland. Professional price: 2,220 EUR excluding VAT.
Accessible on the same frame
The seat folds away from the training position so a wheelchair can be brought straight into the handles. One station therefore serves both user groups, which is the difference between an inclusive circuit and a separate accessible unit standing on its own at the edge of a site. Independent use depends on the approach being firm, level and continuous from the accessible path, and on bound surfacing inside the safety area.
Movement and muscles worked
The user pulls the handles towards the body against body-weight resistance. The exercise develops the upper body: the shoulders, the back, the scapular girdle and the pectorals. Difficulty is rated medium. Installed opposite the Steel4Fit chest press, it completes the push and pull pair that any balanced upper-body circuit needs.

Where it is specified
Urban parks, schools, residential developments and municipal schemes with an inclusion requirement. EN 16630:2015 covers permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment and is the standard referenced in public procurement for this category.
The station belongs to the Steel4Fit outdoor strength range and shares finish, anchoring and spare parts with the rest of the circuit.
Frequently asked questions
Should the puller be installed with the chest press?
Yes, wherever possible. Pushing and pulling stations installed as a pair keep shoulder loading balanced, and both use the same folding-seat mechanism so the accessible experience is consistent.
Why are the station and pylon weights given separately?
Because the foundation is sized on the combined mass. The station is 50 kg and the pylon a further 50 kg, and both figures go into the foundation calculation supplied with the order.
Can modules share one pylon?
Yes. Steel4Fit units can be grouped on a shared mast, including the triple pylon, which cuts the number of foundations needed on a compact site.
