Description
The TRAINER Steel4Fit push and pull station combines two upper body exercise positions on one frame built from seamless S355 and S235 steel, hot dip galvanised and twice powder coated. The Steel4Fit range exists for sites where standard outdoor equipment wears out too quickly.
Two stations on one structure cover the pushing and pulling patterns of the upper body: chest, scapular girdle and the muscles of the arms and shoulders. Used together they give a complete outdoor upper body session without a second machine, which matters on municipal sites where each unit has to justify its share of a limited budget.
The material specification is what separates Steel4Fit from the standard TRAINER line. Curved elements are made from seamless S355 steel and straight components from S235, welded to a high standard, then hot dip galvanised and powder coated twice for maximum protection against corrosion and UV. The finish is the range signature in red and graphite, RAL 3000 and 7016. Maximum user weight is 150 kg, minimum recommended user height is 140 cm and the difficulty level is rated medium.

Specifying for high traffic public sites
Urban parks, municipal fitness areas, campuses, residential estates and public spaces with heavy footfall are where a reinforced specification pays for itself. The failure mode on standard outdoor equipment is rarely structural; it is corrosion starting at a weld or a coating chip, then spreading. Seamless tube in the curved sections removes one common initiation point, and hot dip galvanising under two powder coats addresses the rest.
The safety zone of roughly 5.21 by 3.71 m governs siting and must stay clear of paths, benches, planting and lighting columns. Anchoring is by base plates cast into concrete foundations or fixed to an existing slab, with an impact attenuating surface to EN 1177 where the free fall height requires it. A siting study and an anchoring plan are prepared from your site drawing and issued with the quotation at no cost. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
What does Steel4Fit change compared with the standard TRAINER range?
The design is the same proven layout, reinforced for very high use: seamless S355 in the curved sections, S235 in the straight ones, and a galvanising plus double powder coat finish.
Is there a minimum user height?
Yes, 140 cm is the recommended minimum, which is the figure to check when the equipment is intended for a school or a family park.
Does it need an electrical supply?
No. The station is mechanical and driven by the user, with no connection and no running cost.
