Description
This TRAINER Steel4Fit unit combines an adductor station and a stepper station on one frame of roughly 1340 x 740 x 1500 mm and 60 kg. Curved sections are seamless S355 steel and straight components are S235, hot-dip galvanised then powder coated twice. It is certified to EN 16630:2015 by TUV Rheinland. Two lower-body stations on one foundation
The adductor works the muscles of the waist and hips and improves flexibility and coordination. The stepper loads the legs and develops elasticity and coordination. Combining them means one set of foundations, one delivery and one inspection point for two exercises, which is where the saving is on a municipal budget.

What the Steel4Fit specification changes
Steel4Fit takes the proven TRAINER design and reinforces it for very high-traffic sites. Curved elements are formed from seamless S355 steel rather than welded tube, straight components are S235, and the whole assembly is hot-dip galvanised and then powder coated twice. The two coats matter in coastal and urban environments where a single coat degrades under UV and chloride exposure within a few seasons. The range is galvanised steel, not stainless, and its signature finish is red and graphite (RAL 3000 / RAL 7016).
Standards and site planning
The unit is certified to EN 16630:2015, the European standard for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment, tested by TUV Rheinland. The recommended safety zone is approximately 4120 x 3750 mm, around 15.5 square metres to be kept clear of paths, planting and other equipment.

Frequently asked questions
When is the Steel4Fit version worth the difference?
On sites with very high footfall, on coastal installations and wherever vandalism or salt exposure is a known issue. The seamless S355 curved sections and the second powder coat extend service life in exactly those conditions. For a low-traffic residential site, the standard TRAINER specification is usually sufficient.
Does the combined unit need more space than two separate stations?
No, the opposite. One frame with one safety zone of approximately 15.5 square metres replaces two zones that would each have needed a similar footprint, so a combined station typically halves the ground area required.
What foundations are required?
Concrete foundations sized to the anchoring plan supplied with the equipment. We provide the foundation drawings with the quotation so the groundworks can be priced by your own contractor if preferred.
