The muscle group outdoor areas usually miss
Outdoor fitness areas cover walking, cycling, stepping and pulling. What they almost never cover is the frontal plane: the adductors and abductors that stabilise the pelvis sideways. Those muscles are what keep the knee tracking correctly during walking and running, and weakness there is a common contributor to knee and hip pain.
This station addresses it directly. The movement strengthens the leg muscles, particularly the thighs, hips and glutes, benefits the cardio respiratory system and improves motor coordination, giving genuinely complete lower body work.

Materials and finish
High quality steel structure, shot blasted and galvanised, covered with a double layer of polyester paint. The seat is in HDPE panels, which stay comfortable in the sun and keep their grip when wet. Colours: yellow (RAL 1018/7004), graphite (RAL 7016/9006), orange (RAL 2000/9006) and lime (RAL 6018/9006), other shades on request. Galvanised and painted carbon steel, not stainless steel.
