Shock single station strength machines

Shock single station strength machines : notre sélection professionnelle

The Shock range covers single station strength machines for gyms, clubs and professional training areas. Eleven machines are listed, including super squat, leg press style lower body stations, leg extension, lying leg curl, seated row, chest press, incline chest press, shoulder press and a pull up station. Each machine trains one movement, which is what makes the range easy to lay out.

One station, one movement

Multi function machines look economical on paper and cause congestion in practice, because a member occupies the whole unit for a full session. Single station machines let a group circulate: one athlete works the chest press while another uses the seated row, and turnaround is fast because nothing has to be reconfigured between users. In a facility with a fixed opening schedule and peak hours, throughput usually matters more than the number of exercises on the equipment list.

Coverage and layout

Between them, the eleven machines cover lower body push and hamstring work, horizontal and vertical pulling, and horizontal, incline and overhead pressing. That is enough for a complete strength area without duplication. Allow circulation between stations rather than lining machines against a wall, and specify flooring appropriate to the loads. Stationary training equipment for gym use falls under EN 957.

Movement group Stations in the range
