The TRAINER outdoor exercise bike is a fixed cardio station designed for parks, municipal fitness areas and outdoor health trails. Care and maintenance

Dust the ventilation grilles and the underside every month: dust is the first cause of failure on cardio equipment. Wipe the console with a barely damp cloth, never spray a product directly onto the screen. Check pedal, strap and quick-adjustment tightness.
