Description
The TRAINER outdoor exercise bike is a fixed cardio station designed for parks, municipal fitness areas and outdoor health trails. With a compact footprint of 110 x 55 x 110 cm and a user weight capacity of 150 kg, it brings accessible, low-impact cardio training to public spaces and is certified to EN 16630:2015-06 by TUV Rheinland.
Training function and muscles worked
The station reproduces the pedalling motion of a stationary bike. Regular sessions develop the leg muscles, support and strengthen the knee joints and improve cardio-respiratory endurance. The difficulty level is easy, which makes the bike one of the most inclusive stations in the TRAINER outdoor range: it suits beginners, active seniors and regular exercisers alike, provided the user is taller than 140 cm.

Frequently asked questions
How much space does the installation require?
The unit itself measures 110 x 55 x 110 cm, but a clear safety zone of approximately 377 x 365 cm should be planned around the station, in line with outdoor fitness layout practice. A site layout plan can be supplied with your quotation.
Who can use this outdoor bike?
It is designed for users taller than 140 cm and weighing up to 150 kg. The easy difficulty level makes it a natural entry point on a health trail that combines several TRAINER stations of varying intensity.
Is it approved for public spaces?
Yes. The bike complies with EN 16630:2015-06, the European standard for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment, and has been tested and certified by TUV Rheinland, so it can be specified for unsupervised public parks and municipal projects.
