Description
This TRAINER combined set groups a stepper, a nordic walker and an adductor station on one outdoor frame, covering lower body strengthening, mobility and coordination. The stepper builds leg muscle engagement and improves body elasticity and coordination. The nordic walker improves lower limb mobility, balance and overall coordination. The adductor strengthens the waist muscles while improving flexibility and coordination.
Three lower body oriented stations on one frame make this the natural counterpart to an upper body module in a compact circuit. Rated easy, it is designed to be usable without instruction and without any setting to adjust, which is what an unsupervised public installation requires.

Where the set is installed
The set is designed for urban parks, schools, residential developments and municipal fitness areas. Because all three stations work the lower body, it is best paired with an upper body module rather than installed alone, so that a user completing the circuit has trained the whole body. In a school context the stepper and the nordic walker also serve as warm up apparatus before a games lesson.
The safety zone of 4920 x 3740 mm, around 18.4 m2, governs the layout and must stay clear of paths, seating, planting and adjacent equipment. Impact attenuating surfacing is dimensioned to the free fall height under EN 1177, and anchoring is into concrete foundations sized to the ground conditions. A site survey before ordering is worthwhile on made ground or where drainage is poor.
Frequently asked questions
How is the resistance set?
All three stations work against the user’s own body weight and movement, so there is nothing to adjust and nothing an unsupervised user can configure incorrectly.
Is it suitable for children?
The minimum user height is 140 cm, which in practice covers older children and teenagers. Smaller children should use equipment scaled to them, which we can quote alongside.
What colours are available?
Four standard colour pairs are offered and any other RAL reference can be quoted. Colour is applied in the polyester top coats over the galvanising, so it forms part of the protection system.
