Description
The Etenon R5510 Dual covers hip abduction and hip adduction on one plate loaded station, converting between the two without dismantling anything. One footprint instead of two is the point, and it is aimed at operators where a square metre of floor has a measurable cost.
A complete glute and thigh area normally means two machines side by side. For a club with a full floor plan, that is a hard sell. The R5510 keeps both directions on one frame with a quick conversion, so the area still reads as properly equipped rather than as a compromise. Circulation improves as a consequence, since there is one station to walk around instead of two.
Loading is independent and by discs, so resistance rises as far as the plates on site allow rather than stopping at a stack ceiling. The range of movement is adjustable to suit different hip widths and mobility, the pads are high density foam under a hard wearing synthetic leather covering, and the frame is compact reinforced steel with an oven cured epoxy finish. Design and manufacture are European, by Etenon.

One dual station or two dedicated machines
The honest answer depends on traffic. Sites with limited floor area, premium hotels and residences with a compact fitness room, and boutique studios building a signature hip area with a small footprint are the clear cases for a dual machine. High traffic clubs with evening queues at the hip stations get more from two dedicated machines, because both can be in use at once.
We model both scenarios in a 3D layout of your actual floor, with circulation measurements, so the decision is made against your room rather than in the abstract. Dimensions, clearances and the delivery weight are confirmed in the free siting study issued with the quotation. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the conversion take?
It is a setting change at the machine, not a strip down. The member repositions and continues, which is what makes the dual format workable between sets.
Does plate loading suit a general membership?
Yes, provided plates are stored nearby. Loading discs takes longer than moving a pin, but the load is visible and the resistance range is not capped by the machine.
What maintenance does it need?
Very little. There is no electronics and no weight stack, so the routine is limited to cleaning, inspecting the pads and checking the pivots. Spare parts remain available for the commercial life of the product.
