Description
The TITAN Olympic row reproduces the traditional pulling movement towards the chest, loading the latissimus dorsi through independent Olympic disc loaded arms. Two handle positions let the exercise be varied and different muscles engaged, and the numerous grips available to the user are the main reason this station stays in use across a mixed membership: a change of grip is a change of exercise, without any change of machine.
Large format footplates give the user solid support and comfort, which matters on a rowing machine because the whole pull is transmitted through the legs into the frame. Independent arms allow a more balanced progression of power, with the option of training one arm at a time or both simultaneously, including opposed concentric and eccentric work. A fixed central handle increases stability during unilateral exercises. The TITAN range is the most solid in our catalogue, designed to take heavy loads.

Why footplate size matters on a row
The most common fault on a seated row is the user sliding forward as the load increases, which shortens the range and transfers the effort into the lower back. Large footplates fix the base of support and let the lifter push through the legs to hold position, so the pull stays in the back where it belongs. Combined with independent arms, that gives a coach a station on which technique can actually be corrected rather than merely observed.
At 119 x 138 cm and 135 kg before discs, the machine sits comfortably in a back zone alongside a pulldown and a low row. Install it on weightlifting grade rubber flooring with plate storage on both sides so discs are not carried across a circulation route, and confirm the floor build up before installing above ground level.
Frequently asked questions
How many grip options are there?
Two handle positions plus the fixed central handle, which between them cover neutral and wide pulling patterns and unilateral work. Changing grip changes which part of the back takes the load.
How does it differ from the TITAN low row?
The low row finishes on an ascending line towards the chest and chin, recruiting more upper trapezius. This machine reproduces the conventional horizontal pull to the chest, focused on the lats. Many facilities install both.
Are discs included?
No. Standard Olympic discs are quoted separately along with storage. The current price is 2,850 EUR excluding VAT against a list price of 3,500 EUR excluding VAT, excluding delivery and installation.
