Description
The TITAN Olympic low row develops an ascending pulling movement, drawing the handles towards the chest and chin at the end of the range to load the latissimus dorsi and the trapezius. Two handle positions allow the exercise to be varied and different muscles brought into play from the same seat, which is what lets one station cover several rowing patterns instead of one. Independent arms give a more balanced progression of power and can be used one at a time, or both together with one side working concentrically while the other works eccentrically.
A fixed central handle is provided to increase stability during unilateral work, which is the detail that makes single arm rowing genuinely usable: without something to brace against, the trunk rotates and the exercise stops isolating the back. The TITAN range is the most solid in our catalogue, engineered as Olympic disc loaded equipment for heavy loads.

Programming and placement
The ascending line of pull is what separates this machine from a horizontal row. Finishing towards the chest and chin recruits the upper trapezius and the posterior shoulder alongside the lats, which makes it a useful complement rather than a duplicate in a back zone that already has a horizontal station. Two handle positions extend that range further, so a coach can change the grip and change the emphasis without moving the member to another machine.
At 132 x 125 cm and 125 kg before discs, the low row is one of the more compact machines in the TITAN range and can be placed in a wall run rather than as an island. Install it on weightlifting grade rubber flooring with plate storage on both sides. Given the concentrated loaded mass, confirm the floor build up before installing above ground level.
Frequently asked questions
What is the fixed central handle for?
It gives the free hand something to brace against during single arm rowing, which stops the trunk rotating and keeps the load on the target side. Without it, unilateral work on a rowing machine quickly becomes a torso exercise.
Can two members use it in sequence at different loads?
Yes, but as a plate loaded machine the discs have to be changed between users, so plan storage immediately beside the station. In a busy circuit a selectorised row alongside handles the fast turnover while the TITAN handles the heavy sets.
Is the price promotional?
The current price is 2,850 EUR excluding VAT against a list price of 3,500 EUR excluding VAT, excluding delivery and installation. Quotations are issued within 24 working hours.
