Description
The Etenon R5511 is a 45 degree incline leg press in XL format, plate loaded and built for heavy training. It was designed for gyms that lose their strongest members to a competitor because their own press moves, vibrates or runs out of plate posts before the user runs out of strength.
Two things determine whether a leg press holds up under serious loading: the chassis and the plate capacity. The R5511 uses a heavy reinforced steel frame with full penetration welds, and its plate loading system carries multiple plate posts so the machine reaches loads that a standard press cannot. The 45 degree angle is the accepted compromise between mechanical advantage and safety, and the XL format accommodates larger users without forcing a cramped starting position.
Safety hooks are provided in several positions, with a double disengagement mechanism, so a lifter can bail out under load without assistance. The foot platform is wide and non slip, which allows sumo, narrow and standard stances on the same machine, and integrated plate holders on both sides mean discs go straight back onto the frame instead of accumulating on the floor. The seated incline position also makes the machine approachable for beginners, since the trajectory is guided and the body supported.

Placing a heavy press so it actually gets used
The most common mistake with a large plate loaded press is buying the right machine and then pushing it against a wall because the room ran out of space. A press needs clear access on both sides for loading and unloading, and it needs enough depth behind the seat for a user to get in and out with plates already on the posts. We supply a 3D plan with the loading and unloading zone validated, precisely so that the daily experience matches the specification. The machine suits established strength gyms, performance and powerlifting oriented clubs, physical preparation rooms in sports clubs, and CrossFit facilities completing their strength zone with plate loaded equipment. Under the platform, a weightlifting grade rubber tile absorbs the impact of dropped discs. Quotations are issued within 24 working hours and layout advice is free.
