Description

This TRAINER Steel4Fit combined unit groups a stepper, a nordic air walker and an adductor station on one reinforced frame, weighing about 90 kg with aluminium steps. Three lower body stations on one structure give a site a complete leg circuit in a single installation.

Each station does a different job. The stepper strengthens the legs and develops elasticity and coordination. The nordic air walker improves lower limb mobility and balance with almost no joint loading, which makes it the accessible station for older users and for anyone returning to activity. The adductor works the muscles of the hips and waist and improves flexibility. Together they cover the lower body without the footprint of three separate units.

Construction follows the Steel4Fit specification: curved elements in seamless S355 steel, straight components in S235, welded to a high standard, hot dip galvanised and then powder coated twice against corrosion and UV. The steps are aluminium and the finish is the range signature in red and graphite, RAL 3000 and 7016. Maximum user weight is 150 kg, minimum recommended user height is 140 cm and the difficulty is rated easy.

An accessible circuit for a mixed population

An easy difficulty rating is a specification decision, not a limitation. Municipal fitness areas serve a population that includes people who have not trained in years, and equipment that requires technique goes unused. Three low demand stations on one frame gives a site something the whole population can approach, and the nordic walker in particular is often the first machine used by people returning to activity.

The safety zone of roughly 4.92 by 3.74 m governs siting. Keep it clear of paths, benches and planting, anchor with base plates cast into concrete foundations or fixed to an existing slab, and specify an impact attenuating surface to EN 1177 where the free fall height requires it. A siting study and an anchoring plan are prepared from your site drawing and issued with the quotation at no cost. We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, quote export per project, and dispatch within five to ten working days from stock.

Frequently asked questions

Can three people use it at once?

Yes, the three stations are independent, which is the reason for combining them and what makes the unit efficient in a small fitness area.

Why aluminium steps?

Aluminium does not corrode in the way a coated steel step does once the surface is scuffed by footwear, which is the part of a stepper that wears fastest outdoors.

What maintenance is required?

Periodic cleaning and inspection of the moving joints, bearings and fixings. The galvanised and twice powder coated finish is specified for permanent exposure with no repainting cycle.
