Description
The TRAINER Steel4Fit Arm Wheels and Helm combines two mobility stations on one 50 kg frame, roughly 885 x 1,000 x 1,700 mm. It is rated easy, certified to EN 16630:2015 by TUV Rheinland, and priced at 2,166 EUR excluding VAT.
Two stations for shoulder mobility
The arm wheels are turned with one hand each, driving the shoulder through a full circle. The helm wheel is turned with both hands together, which loads the same joint through a wider, coordinated arc. Both strengthen and stretch the scapular girdle, the pectorals, the forearms and the arms, and both improve flexibility and joint mobility in the upper limbs.
Mobility stations do work that loaded stations cannot: they are the part of an outdoor circuit that older users, users recovering from a shoulder problem and complete beginners will approach without hesitation. Difficulty is rated easy and the station is accessible to all levels, which is exactly why it belongs in a circuit that also contains hard stations.

Where it is installed
Urban parks, municipal fitness areas, campuses, residential developments and high-traffic public spaces needing the reinforced Steel4Fit build. EN 16630:2015 is the European standard for permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment and is the reference specified in public tenders.
The station belongs to the Steel4Fit outdoor range, so it shares finish, anchoring and spare parts with the strength and cardio units on the same circuit.
Frequently asked questions
Why include mobility stations in a fitness area?
Because they are the stations that beginners and older users try first. A circuit made only of loaded equipment filters out those users before they start, and they are usually the population a municipal scheme is funded to reach.
Do the wheels need servicing?
The bearings are the only wear item. An annual inspection covers them along with the anchor bolts and the coating, with touch-up paint supplied for impact damage.
Can two people use it at once?
Yes. The arm wheels and the helm are separate stations on one frame, so two users can work simultaneously without extending the safety area.
