Description
The TRAINER Steel4Fit twister offers a controlled torso rotation that mobilises the hip joints and lumbar spine, strengthens the abdominal muscles and stretches the chest. Rated easy and suitable for a wide public, it is built to the reinforced Steel4Fit standard for intensive use in public spaces.
Training function and benefits
Standing on the rotating platform and holding the handles, the user turns the pelvis from side to side. The gentle rotation activates the hip and lumbar joints, works the obliques and deep core, and opens the chest. There is no strength prerequisite, so the twister serves warm-ups, mobility breaks for walkers and runners, and senior fitness circuits equally well. Users must be taller than 140 cm, up to 150 kg.
