The TRAINER Steel4Fit training bench is the reinforced core station of the Steel4Fit range, engineered for public spaces with intensive, frequent use. Its 60 kg welded steel construction and signature red and graphite finish are certified to EN 16630:2015 and approved by TUV Rheinland.

Training function and muscles worked

Several exercise variants can be performed on the bench: anchored sit-ups and crunches for the rectus abdominis, rotational work for the obliques, and leg-raise variations recruiting the iliopsoas and quadriceps. It provides the core-training element of a Steel4Fit fitness station, complementing pulling, pushing and cardio modules. Users must be taller than 140 cm, with a maximum user weight of 150 kg.
