Description
The TRAINER Steel4Fit parallel bars are an outdoor dip and support station engineered for public fitness areas: a 102 x 71 x 202 cm twin-bar frame weighing 25 kg (plus a 50 kg anchoring pylon), certified to EN 16630:2015 and tested by TUV Rheinland. Price: 918 EUR excluding VAT.
What the station trains
Parallel bars remain one of the most efficient bodyweight stations you can place on an outdoor circuit. Dips load the triceps and chest through a full range of motion, straight-arm supports and leg raises recruit the abdominals, and scapular work on the bars conditions the upper back. The station is pitched at intermediate users and slots naturally between pull-up and push-up stations on a street workout trail or municipal fitness area.
Steel4Fit construction
Steel4Fit is TRAINER’s reinforced outdoor build standard. The frame is high-quality welded steel: curved elements are formed from seamless S355 carbon steel tube, straight components from S235 carbon steel. The complete assembly is hot-dip galvanised and then powder coated twice, in a red and graphite finish (RAL 3000 / RAL 7016). The result is a structure designed for intensive, unsupervised public use in urban parks and municipal fitness areas, in all weather.

Frequently asked questions
Is this station suitable for free public access?
Yes. EN 16630:2015 specifically covers outdoor fitness equipment installed for unsupervised public use. The station is intended for users taller than 140 cm with a maximum body weight of 150 kg, and requires a clear safety area of 462 x 431 cm.
How is the frame protected against corrosion?
Every component is hot-dip galvanised before receiving two coats of powder paint. This double barrier is what allows the station to stay outdoors year-round without structural corrosion, even in demanding climates.
Can it be combined with other stations?
Yes. The Steel4Fit range is designed as a modular family: parallel bars are commonly paired with pull-up, push-up and core stations to build a complete calisthenics trail.
