Description
The Steel4Fit Single Pusher is an outdoor upper-body station built for pushing movements. Curved elements are formed from seamless S355 steel, straight components from S235; the whole assembly is hot-dip galvanised and powder coated twice. The apparatus weighs around 40 kg with a further 50 kg for the mounting post. Professional price: 2,448 EUR excluding VAT.
Pushing strength on a public site
The station develops the pectorals, the shoulder girdle and the muscles of the upper limbs through a seated pushing movement against body weight. Difficulty is rated medium, so it is accessible to a broad public while still providing meaningful load for a trained user. It is the natural counterpart to a pulling station on the same circuit.

The Steel4Fit specification
Steel4Fit is the reinforced build of the TRAINER range, specified for sites with very high footfall or aggressive exposure. Seamless S355 steel replaces welded tube on the curved sections, straight components are S235, and the second powder coat over hot-dip galvanising extends the interval before any repainting is needed. The signature finish is red and graphite, RAL 3000 and RAL 7016. The range is galvanised steel, not stainless.
Standards and site planning
Certified to EN 16630:2015 and tested by TUV Rheinland. The recommended safety zone is approximately 4.2 x 3.7 m, around 15.5 square metres to be kept clear of paths, planting and other apparatus. The 50 kg mounting post is set in a concrete foundation designed to the anchoring drawings supplied with the equipment.

When does Steel4Fit justify the extra cost?
On very high-traffic urban sites, in coastal locations, and wherever the site has a history of vandalism. Seamless S355 curved sections and a second powder coat directly address impact damage and corrosion, the two failure modes that shorten service life on public equipment.
Should a pushing and a pulling station be installed together?
On a circuit intended for general use, yes. Pushing and pulling load opposing muscle groups, and a trail with only one of the two produces an unbalanced session. The Single Puller from the same range is the direct counterpart.
What maintenance does it need?
A periodic visual inspection of the fixings, the seat and the post anchoring. There are no cables, no bearings exposed to weather and no consumables, so no scheduled servicing is required.
