Description
The TRAINER Steel4Fit leg raise station is a demanding outdoor core trainer: hanging from its 202 cm frame, users perform suspended leg raises that target the arms and abdominal muscles while improving the muscular condition of the back. It is built to the reinforced Steel4Fit standard for intensive public use.
Training function and level
The hanging leg raise is one of the most effective bodyweight core exercises: grip and arm strength hold the body while the abdominals lift the legs against gravity. Classed at a hard difficulty level, the station activates several muscle groups depending on the exercise variant, from bent-knee raises for intermediates to strict toes-to-bar for advanced athletes. Users must be taller than 140 cm, with a maximum user weight of 150 kg.

Frequently asked questions
What makes the Steel4Fit range different?
Steel4Fit units use seamless S355 steel for curved elements and S235 steel for straight sections, hot-dip galvanising and a double powder coat. The result is a reinforced construction intended for urban parks and municipal fitness areas with intensive, unsupervised use.
Does the station need a pylon?
Yes, the module mounts on the Steel4Fit fixing pylon, which adds 50 kg to the installed assembly. The layout study delivered with your quotation covers the pylon configuration and the recommended 482 x 451 cm safety zone.
Who is this station for?
Confirmed practitioners first: the difficulty level is hard. On a mixed circuit it typically stands alongside easier Steel4Fit modules so all visitors find a suitable challenge.
