Description
The kids bike and stepper combination is a children’s outdoor fitness unit supplied and installed throughout France by Light In Fitness. On one frame it pairs a seated bike with a round, guided pedal stroke and a standing stepper with alternating leg drives against body weight.
Seated cardio and standing cardio, side by side
Cardio for children comes in two temperaments: the calm, guided rhythm of a seated bike, and the punchier standing effort of a stepper. This unit offers both. The bike welcomes the youngest and least confident users; the stepper challenges the more energetic ones. In practice children alternate between the two posts of their own accord, which is why this combination shows some of the longest occupation times of any unit in the range.

Which post should a young child start on?
The seated bike: the guided circular pedal stroke is impossible to perform incorrectly and the seat gives full stability. Once comfortable, children graduate to the stepper’s standing rhythm naturally.
Is the stepper resistance adjustable?
No adjustment exists or is needed – the stepper works against the child’s own body weight, so effort scales automatically with the user.
