Description
The Runner two-station kids air walker unites two airborne walkers on a single chassis: two children stride side by side, legs swinging in opposition, with no ground impact. Supplied and installed throughout France by Light In Fitness.
Built for group settings
School yards and leisure centres live by rotation: the faster a group cycles through a station, the more children actually exercise. Doubling the posts on one chassis halves the queue and, just as importantly, harnesses emulation – two children striding side by side keep going visibly longer than one child alone. One foundation serves both posts, cutting the cost per post and the ground area required.
What the child works
- Hip flexors
- Hamstrings and quadriceps
- Abdominal wall
- Cross-body arm-leg coordination
Why choose this model
- Two posts on one foundation: cost per post divided, footprint reduced
- Side-by-side emulation clearly extends usage time
- Faster group rotation in school yards and leisure centres
- Impact-free pendulum movement
Two compliance versions: EN 16630 or EN 1176
Available in an EN 16630 version (free-access outdoor fitness equipment, for users of at least 1.40 m) and an EN 1176 version (playground equipment standard, with EN 1177 surfacing where free fall height requires it). Light In Fitness confirms the correct version from your site classification before quoting.

Frequently asked questions
Which sites benefit most from the two-station format?
School yards, leisure centres, campsites and family health trails – its stated settings. Anywhere children arrive in groups, the second post pays for itself in throughput.
Do the two walkers share moving parts?
No. Each post has its own independent pendulum assembly on the shared chassis, so one child stopping never interrupts the other.
Can it anchor a family fitness trail?
Yes – a parent-and-child pair striding together is exactly the use family health trails are designed around, and the impact-free movement suits both generations.
