Description
The Clock 12R is a rectangular functional training rig covering twelve training disciplines: competition, suspension, strength, combat, mountain, pull-up, power, endurance, target, climbing, ladder and gymnastics. The Iron Halo System runs across nine columns, so stations can be repositioned as a programme changes rather than being fixed at commissioning.
A rig sized around a class, not a single user
Nine columns on a rectangular plan means multiple work zones facing outwards, which is what a group format needs: a coach can run stations around the perimeter without participants crossing each other. The twelve-discipline layout is the practical expression of that — a single structure that supports a suspension circuit, a combat station, a climbing sequence and a gymnastics element without any of them competing for the same square metre.

Frequently asked questions
Why specify stainless steel for an indoor rig?
Perspiration is corrosive, and on a painted rig it attacks the coating at the points members grip most. A stainless structure has no coating to fail there. It also allows the same rig to be specified for a covered outdoor terrace or a poolside training area without a change of product.
Can stations be added later?
Yes. The Iron Halo System is what makes the rig reconfigurable: attachments mount to the columns and can be repositioned or added without altering the frame. Additional stations are quoted against the existing column layout.
What has to be prepared on site?
A level floor with the appropriate rubber flooring beneath the working zones, verified floor loading, and clear headroom for the pull-up and climbing elements. Send the room dimensions and we will confirm the fit. See also our CrossFit and Hyrox cages range.
Request a quotation. Send the room dimensions, the class formats you run and your finish preference, and we will return a layout proposal and a project quotation within 24 business hours.
