The Seated Row OG is an outdoor strength machine for the back and arms, built on S235 steel with a powder coated finish and galvanised fixings. Its ergonomic design supports a comfortable seated position through a horizontal pulling movement.

Pulling is the half of upper body training that outdoor areas most often neglect. Pull up bars exist everywhere, but they require the user to lift their own bodyweight, which excludes a large part of the population.
