Description
The TRAINER Street Workout Park 07 associates pull up bars, dip bars, suspension rings, a horizontal ladder and a balance beam within a single steel structure. The balance beam is what distinguishes this configuration: strength, endurance, suspension and balance are trained in one session rather than three.
Balance is the element most street workout rigs omit, and its absence shows in how narrowly they are used. Adding a beam brings proprioception and stabilisation work into a public fitness area at no operating cost, and it gives less confident visitors something to do while the bars are occupied. The ladder and rings extend the same logic towards controlled movement rather than raw pulling strength.
Across a full session the rig loads arms, legs, waist, abdominals, back and chest, while improving joint mobility and cardio respiratory condition. Difficulty sits at intermediate and capacity is high, with several positions usable at the same time.

Professional use of the configuration
City stadiums, urban parks, collective street workout areas and school or sports facilities with heavy attendance are the intended applications. The mix of apparatus also makes this rig a workable teaching tool: a physical education teacher can run a station based lesson on a single structure, with balance, suspension and strength each occupying a group.
A dedicated safety zone is defined by the installation plan supplied with the project. Free fall heights, surfacing and clearances to surrounding equipment are calculated from the final configuration rather than published generically. Delivery covers France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg, and export is quoted per project.
Frequently asked questions
How does Park 07 compare with Park 08?
Both are intermediate level rigs of similar capacity. Park 07 includes a balance beam and suspension rings, favouring stability and controlled movement. Park 08 replaces those with a monkey bar traverse and wall bars, favouring suspended travel and stretching.
Does the balance beam need particular surfacing?
Surfacing follows the fall heights of the whole configuration under EN 16630. The beam is low, but the pull up section governs the requirement, and we specify the impact attenuating area with the quotation.
What is the expected service life outdoors?
The tubular steel is shot blasted, galvanised and finished with a double coat of polyester paint against UV, corrosion and impact. The steel structures carry a twenty year warranty in the Light In Fitness range.
