Description
The TRAINER 05 street workout park combines a multi height pull up bar, parallel bars and an integrated balance beam on a single steel structure. That configuration covers pull ups, dips and balance and proprioception work, so a session can address strength and stability without leaving the module. The exercises strengthen the arms, legs, waist, abdominals, back and chest while improving joint mobility and cardiorespiratory condition.
The balance beam is what distinguishes this configuration from the rest of the range. Proprioceptive work is normally the missing element in outdoor circuits, which tend to be built entirely around upper body pulling, and adding it gives older users, rehabilitation groups and children something to do on a structure otherwise dominated by pull ups.

Installing a mixed use street workout area
The TRAINER 05 is designed for city stadiums, urban parks, collective street workout areas, schools and sports facilities. A multi height pull up bar is the practical detail that determines whether the module serves one population or several: a single bar height means only tall, strong users can train on it, while stepped heights let a child, a shorter adult and an experienced athlete all find a usable bar on the same frame.
The safety zone is set out on the installation drawing supplied with the structure and must be kept clear of paths, seating, planting and adjacent apparatus. Impact attenuating surfacing is required beneath and around the module, dimensioned to the free fall height under EN 1177, and anchoring is into concrete foundations sized to the ground conditions. Because the range is modular, a scheme can begin with this unit and add further TRAINER apparatus later, provided the initial layout reserves the space for expansion.
Frequently asked questions
What is the balance beam used for?
Balance and proprioception work, either as a standalone exercise or as part of a circuit. It broadens the range of users the module serves, including children and anyone in a reconditioning programme.
How many people can use it at once?
The structure is designed for collective use with several stations occupied simultaneously, which keeps a public area flowing at peak times instead of forming a queue at a single bar.
Can the colour be chosen?
Four standard colour pairs are offered and any other RAL reference can be quoted. Colour is applied in the polyester top coats over the galvanising, so it forms part of the protection system.
