Description
The TRAINER 04 street workout park brings a pull up bar, dip bars and an inclined ladder together on one steel structure. The combination allows pull ups, dips and ladder climbs to be alternated, so the whole muscular chain is worked in a single sequence. Exercises strengthen the arms, legs, waist, abdominals, back and chest while improving joint mobility and cardiorespiratory condition.
The inclined ladder is what makes this configuration different from a straight pull up and dip module. Climbing at an angle recruits the legs and the trunk alongside the arms, and it introduces a progression: a user who cannot yet perform a pull up can still work the same movement pattern by climbing, which is the practical route from a first visit to a first repetition.

Installing a collective street workout module
The TRAINER 04 is designed for city stadiums, urban parks, collective street workout areas, schools and sports facilities. Several users can occupy different apparatus at the same time, which keeps a public area flowing rather than forming a queue at one bar, and makes the module workable for a supervised class as well as for casual use.
The safety zone is defined on the installation drawing supplied with the structure and must be kept clear of paths, seating, planting and adjacent apparatus. Impact attenuating surfacing is required beneath and around the module, sized to the free fall height under EN 1177, and anchoring is into concrete foundations dimensioned to the ground conditions. Because the range is modular, a scheme can start with this unit and add further TRAINER apparatus in later phases, provided the initial layout reserves the space.
Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for a school?
Yes, provided the medium difficulty rating suits the age group and use is supervised in line with school practice. Pull up bars, dip bars and a climbing ladder are standard physical education apparatus.
How is the colour applied?
Four standard colour pairs are available and any other RAL reference can be quoted. Colour is applied in the two polyester top coats over the galvanising, so it forms part of the protection system rather than a surface finish.
Do you handle installation?
We can quote supply only or supply and installation, with delivery to France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg and export costed per project. Steel structures carry a 20 year warranty.
