Description
The TRAINER jump bars bring plyometric and agility work to outdoor training areas: a 230 cm series of low bars to clear in sequence, training explosive jump power, coordination and rhythm. Certified to EN 16630:2015-06 and tested by TUV Rheinland, the apparatus integrates freely with other TRAINER street workout modules.
Training function and muscles worked
Repeated jumps over the graded bars develop the legs first, but the whole body contributes: arms drive the take-off, while the waist, abdominals, back and chest stabilise each landing. Sessions improve limb mobility and cardio-respiratory condition, making the jump bars the agility and conditioning element of a street workout course. The difficulty level is medium, for users from 140 cm and up to 150 kg.
A playful station for groups
Because the exercise is intuitive, clear the bars without touching them, the apparatus works exceptionally well with school groups, sports clubs and bootcamps on city stadiums and collective training areas. Coaches use it for jump technique circuits, lateral hops and footwork ladders between strength stations.

Frequently asked questions
What exercises are performed on jump bars?
Forward and lateral jumps over the bars, single-leg hops, step-over drills and agility sequences at speed. The low bar heights allow progressive intensity, from footwork basics to explosive plyometric circuits.
Who is this apparatus suitable for?
Schools, sports clubs and street workout areas serving users from 140 cm tall. The medium difficulty rating reflects the coordination required rather than strength, so most active users can start immediately.
Can it be combined with other TRAINER modules?
Yes, the jump bars are modular and combine freely with pull-up bars, parallel bars and rope modules to build a complete course alternating strength and agility work.
