Description
The TRAINER Double Incline Bench places two inclined sit-up benches on one frame of 3500 x 1100 x 1600 mm weighing 108 kg, so two people train at the same time. The tubular steel is shot blasted, galvanised and finished with two coats of weather-resistant polyester paint, and the unit is certified to EN 16630:2015-06 by TUV Rheinland. Professional price: 2,502 EUR excluding VAT.
Two positions, one foundation
On a supervised site the constraint is throughput, not equipment count. A double bench lets a coach run two users through the same exercise simultaneously, or lets a pair alternate work and rest without moving between stations. It also halves the civil works per training position compared with two single benches.
- Two inclined abdominal benches on a single anchored structure
- Works the abdominals, back, waist, arms, legs and chest depending on the exercise
- Improves limb mobility and cardio-respiratory condition in circuit format
- Difficulty rated intermediate
- Users from 140 cm in height and up to 150 kg
- Modular: combines freely with other TRAINER street workout elements
A modular element, not a standalone product
The double bench is designed to sit inside a wider street workout area rather than alone. It combines with the pull-up frames, dip stations and climbing modules of the same range, sharing the finish, the fixing system and the inspection regime, so a whole area can be specified, delivered and certified as one installation.
Construction, standards and site planning
Shot-blasted, galvanised high-quality tubular steel with a double polyester coating rated for weather exposure. The frame is galvanised steel, not stainless. Certification is to EN 16630:2015-06, tested by TUV Rheinland. The recommended safety zone is 410 x 650 cm, approximately 26.7 square metres, which reflects the length of the double frame.

Frequently asked questions
Which sites is it specified for?
City stadiums, urban parks, collective street workout areas, schools and sports facilities receiving multiple users at once. Anywhere a single bench would create a queue during a class or a peak period.
How much ground area is required?
The recommended safety zone is 410 x 650 cm, roughly 26.7 square metres. The frame itself is 3.5 m long, so the length of the available corridor is usually the binding constraint rather than the width.
Can other RAL colours be supplied?
Four colourways are standard. Any other RAL reference can be quoted, which is normally required where a council already has a defined palette for park furniture.
This station is quoted at 2,502 EUR excluding VAT, before delivery, foundations and installation. Send us the site plan and the modules you are considering and we will return a full budget for the area, including surfacing and groundworks, within 24 to 72 hours. See the street workout rigs range for combinable modules.
