Description
The Forza Bold Dual FB41v2 puts an abdominal crunch and a lumbar extension on one selectorised frame with a 106 kg stack, covering the front and the back of the trunk from a single station. Training the abdominal wall without training the spinal erectors produces exactly the imbalance that back pain programmes are meant to correct, and most gyms end up with a crunch machine and no lumbar station because the floor area is not there. The dual design removes that trade-off.
The two positions are used in sequence: the crunch loads the rectus abdominis and the obliques in trunk flexion, then the user repositions for lumbar extension, which loads the erector spinae through the posterior chain. Both movements run on a guided path, so the trunk is supported and the range is repeatable, and the load changes by pin in a couple of seconds between sets or between users.
With a maximum guided load of 106 kg, the station covers general members through to strong users, while the guided path keeps the movement safe for beginners working unsupervised. The compact single structure is what makes it viable for clubs that have run out of floor area and for premium home gym installations where one station has to justify its footprint.

Where a dual core station belongs
Place the FB41v2 where members finish rather than where they start, since trunk work usually closes a session. It sits well at the junction between the machine circuit and the stretching or functional area, and it removes the need to send members to a floor mat, which many will not do. For clubs with a corporate or older membership, the lumbar extension side is the part that justifies the purchase: back complaints are the most common reason members ask for guidance, and a guided extension station is the safest way to answer that. Allow clear access on both sides so the user can reposition between the two functions without moving equipment. If you are planning a complete core and functional zone, we will draw the sequence from your floor plan at no cost before quoting.
Frequently asked questions
Can both functions be used without adjusting tools?
Yes. The station is designed to switch between crunch and lumbar extension without tools, and the load is changed with the selector pin.
Is 106 kg enough for trunk work?
Trunk exercises are performed at lower loads than compound lifts, so 106 kg leaves headroom for strong users while the low end of the column remains light enough for beginners.
